I really want William to grow up knowing the value of good communication. This is a skill that I think we all find difficult at times, especially when in a situation where we are uncomfortable or defensive. I came across a fantastic blog post by Joellen at cuppacocoa on saying sorry. This is a lesson I will take with me in my life and will work to pass onto Bean.
